GenUp: General UPDATE -- for non -BICs only
The General Update course is mandatory each license year (July 1 - June 30) for any broker (provisional or full), that is NOT designated by the NC Real Estate Commission as a Broker-in-Charge (BIC) or as BIC-eligible, and who wishes to maintain his/her real estate license on active status.
