BICUP:  Broker-in-Charge UPDATE  --  for BICs only

The Broker-in-Charge Update course is mandatory each license year (July 1 - June 30) for any broker that

IS designated by the NC Real Estate Commission as a Broker-in-Charge (BIC) or is BIC-eligible, and who wishes to maintain his/her real estate license on active status.
